Mustard With Rum and Pineapple

This tangy and sweet mustard is perfect for sandwiches, great with ham and makes a delectable honey mustard vinigrette.

Roasted Veggie Antipasto

Our antipasto is a blend of slow roasted vegetables and select herbs grown in Antigua! The perfect option for entertaining on a moment’s notice. Delicious served with charcuterie and cheese. Enjoy as a dip with crackers or bread, as a condiment, or a flavourful addition to pasta sauce.

A tasty addition to your favorite savoury dish. Slow cooked and perfected to a balanced flavour. Use as a marinade, for basting, as BBQ Sauce, or as a condiment. Tangy and Flavourful.

Rose Petal Jelly

Made with Rose Petals from our own distillery garden! Use as a spread for scones on pancakes, as macaron filling, topping for desserts like ice-cream. Or serve as a fragrant addition to cheese board and charcuterie. Also delightful with pork and poultry dishes.

Onion Marmalade

Caramalized Onions make this savoury sweet marmalade a must have for sandwiches, burgers or to add a depth of flavour to any dish! Or simply enjoy on toast with cream cheese.

Spirited Sorrel Preserve

Made with Sorrel fruit soaked in our house Gin and botanicals, this preserve is great on toast, pancakes, layered in sponge cake, or served with meat charcuterie or used as a condiment with turkey or ham.

Spiced Pumpkin Jam

This delectable jam is inspired by recipes from the East. Great on toast, in crepes, with pancakes, or serve with turkey, ham or chicken. Use as topping or as condiment.

Barbuda Sea Salt

Add that final flourish of texture and flavor to a completed dish with our Barbuda Sea Salt. A great finishing salt that has a flaky and rich texture.

Cane Sugar Vinegar

Artisan Vinegar, slow fermented from cane sugar wash similar to the process for making rum. Rich and flavorful addition to any salad dressing, sauce, dips or as condiment with fish and chips. Use as you would cider or wine vinegar.

Tarragon Vinegar

A herbaceous vinegar made with our homegrown Tarragon. Can be used to make a rich bearnaise sauce for savoury meats/vegetables, a light or creamy dressing for salad, or serve with a touch of olive oil and freshly baked bread.

Pepper Vinegar

Artisan Vinegar, slow fermented from Sugar Wash that usually makes Rum. Fiery local peppers with thyme, this pepper vinegar is made much the way my Grandmother made it. Enjoy as a condiment for chicken, fried fish or on rice. Add to your favorite Asian noodle dish for just enough heat and kick of pepper.

Banana Rum Jam

Made with Bananas, Brown Sugar, Aged Spiced Rum, Local Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Spices and Sea Salt. Excellent on pancakes, crepes and ice cream! This jam is Sweet & Spirited.

Good Juju Fermented Pepper Sauce

A milder blend of our fermented pepper sauce with a mellow heat profile. A well rounded pepper sauce, fruity, spicy and flavorful.

Bad Juju Fermented Pepper Sauce

Peppers sourced on island or grown in our own distillery garden. A blend of seasonal and fermented Fatali, Scotch Bonnet, Carolina Reaper and Cayenne Peppers, balanced with Papaya, Cane Sugar Vinegar, Sea Salt, and Mustard Seeds. A hot and vibrant combination to add serious heat to your favorite dish.

Smoked Sea Salt

Often used to replace the meaty smoky flavor of bacon, our smoked salt makes a great addition to vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes! We use locally harvested Barbuda Sea Salt which is then slowly cold smoked with oak chips. The result is a delicious salt that elevates even the simplest dish. Use as a finishing salt, and add on serving
